I suffer a dislocating left shoulder and have always struggled with a lot of movements as a result of the muscle imbalances / frenzied activation as a result of restricted movement with that shoulder - particularly overhead!
Been following you well over a year now and the results I've seen tweaking the range of motion and eliminating exercises I previously felt I HAD to do.. or even altering the style in which I carry out the movement.. has all resulted in massive muscular and strength gains!
