2 DAY SPLIT "C" PROGRAM. The frequency and weight has been adjusted in this program. The weights intensities are significantly higher for the first 2 days of the 6 day per week program, which is why I not only suggest lowering them if you feel that you have on any given day, but ALSO taking one extra day off a week if you start to feel achy, overly sore, or overtrained. This is the first program that also starts to ease you into a whole body workout scenario-there are certain body parts that are getting worked up to four times per week.
